  • Gambler Goals
    • Stand quietly for the farrier 
    • Accept saddle w/ back cinch without bucking
    • Accept rider at walk, trot, and canter without bucking
    • Let me ride him in from the pasture bareback in a halter
    • Willingly play at liberty and enjoy himself
  • Personal Goals
    • Learn Tellington TTouch 
    • Earn Parelli Level 1 
    • Learn to drive w/ horse trailer (hopefully not in the near future)
  • Horse Goals
    • Raise a colt from birth/very young 
    • Train a wild horse (Mustang, Chincoteague, Feral) 
    • Start a horse under saddle (working on it)
    • Learn to jump 3'+ well 
    • Learn to post and jump bareback

    I HIGHLY suggest doing the whole mustang thing. I'm 14. My first horse was a untrained mustang. they have great minds and are so so so much fun to work with!

      I didn't see your comment until today. Or maybe I saw it and forgot (January was a hard month, still getting over the loss of Gamby). But I am absolutely planning on training a wild mustang someday. If you have a blog or youtube channel about your mustang I would love to check it out.
